Really good stay with great service

cute smiles tidy hotel large organization extended facilities

The staff was always ready to help, their smiles were very cute. I loved that the hotel was kept tidy. It is a large hotel, the organization. I could still use all the facilities even after checking out, that added so much value.

The coffee shop service was not as good as the rest of the hotel.

the beach access was easy for all guests.

the room service was not up to par. there was a lack of attention to detail with my room order. also i felt the kids club was not very dynamic, providing very little entertainment for teens.

totally rad resort stay!

fantastic golf course daytime activities complimentary transport

The golf course was just amazing! i loved that there were so many daytime activities. It kept me super busy. the room i stayed in, a garden view king patio room, was fabulous, who doesn't love a good patio?! ). the complimentary airport transport was also a super nice touch!

The security was just a little bit much. I got carded a lot, a bit annoying.

the garden view king patio room included comfortable bedding and provided quick access to the gardens. there were fresh towels delivered daily and a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks. i seemed like royalty in my room!

the hotel offered direct access to the beach. there was a shuttle service available to nearby attractions. the resort location provided a very quiet and secluded atmosphere, awesome for peaceful relaxation. it was awesome to be so close to everything!

the resort featured a large swimming pool along with multiple restaurants. a well-equipped gym was available, i loved the variety it offered! guests could also enjoy the spa services and a casino on the premises. it's a total package!

great facilities late checkout

i found the hotel to be excellent, with great facilities. the breakfast service was notably professional (i liked the fresh orange juice). i was given a late checkout free of charge, very convenient. i'd definitely consider returning soon.
